Updated info ..

First I wanted to say that when we visited Orlando last month we had a GREAT TIME !! The kids got to enjoy the hotel waterpark, cocoa beach and fun spot amusement park .. But the purpose of going to Orlando is to look at houses and we looked at 8 houses and pick 3 of them .. Its going to be hard to pick from that 3 so Im going to let whom ever reading this blog help us out.. Im going to post the houses with the descriptions and even a couple of pictures to help you pick them out ..

First House is a 6 bed 4 1/2 bath with a loft .. The home is in a gated community in Davenport FL .. It comes with a inground pool and its furnished with everything that we need .. The sq ft is 2771 and some yard outside but not enough for kids to play.. Heres a couple of pictures:

Second House : This home is in a nice neighborhood and near the stores and everything.. The master bed is a great size and so is the other bedrooms .. 4 bed and 3 1/2 baths which is a great size for us .. We actually got to meet the owner while we were there and he was pretty nice but he wasn't willing to consider to add the pool and lawn care in the rent so thats what turnt my husband away from it.. But other than the nice master bedroom closet being HUGH I wouldn't mind getting this home and here are the pictures:

Third House: This home is the last resort type of home it doesn't come furnished or anything but the yard is big and the kitchen is nice and the large deck off the master bedroom is awesome but the size of the bedrooms are small as *BEEP* .. And its in the middle of no where but the price is reasonable and deposit is also ..

Well these are the homes that we were considering .. There's one more but I just recently found out that it was rented out already .. And i must say it was our favorite but more have came through that we are going to look at when we go back soon .. Thanks for looking over our blog ..
